Figure this way; 12 x 14 x height of wall x $ 3.50 = ? This cover the walls. Add another $ 1.50 sq. ft for the ceiling insulation or 12 x 14 x 1.50 = ? This will get you close.

Im sure its going to depend on the area. Around here (NJ) its about 65 dollars a board of sheetrock installed and finished. Insulation is cheap. Total around 1000 dollars
It is very creative of you to try to convert your shed into a sort of multi-purpose room (in which to do sewing and other projects). For a room that size, you can opt to seek free local estimates from either local handymen (who are experienced in insulation and drywall installations) or a local remodeling contracto that can do the same for you as well. Whatever you do, rely on local estimates, not numbers posted on here from anywhere, as a lot of factors really bear on the cost of such a project, including the following: The cost of material and labor greatly varies by location.
Here is a great link to the same handyman site that offers free very resourceful information to assist you in your project, and, eventually, finding a local drywall/interior handyman with the intention of getting a good deal for you:
